Tampa Bay Veterans Available to Speak About Wednesday’s Presidential Veterans Forum

Today, Donald Trump & Hillary Clinton will appear at the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America at a veteran’s forum in New York City. This is following yesterday’s visit by Hillary Clinton about how Trump is unfit to be commander in chief.

Local veterans, Jerry Green and Stanley Gray, are available to weigh in on the candidate’s positions, discuss what they want to hear from each one in the upcoming forum and the impact the next Commander in Chief will have on military families.

Background

Jerry Green
Retired from the US Army after serving during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Jerry worked for L-3 Communications, Special Operations Division after retirement. Green also worked for Social Security Administration and served as the Senior Director of Public Policy & Communications for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Presently, Jerry works for VoteVets as their Director of Outreach for the state of Florida.

Stanley Gray
Upon graduating from The United States Naval Academy Gray was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Marine Corps. He served in Training, Infantry, Artillery,
Ceremonial and Reconnaissance units where he commanded four companies for over four years until an injury forced him to resign his commission. While in Tampa he has served as both a member of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Executive Committee for the YMCA, The Boys and Girls Clubs and Hillsborough Kids.
